This is our best price/performance low-cost pedal power solution. Most probably you came across one of many 1.5 – 12 VDC adapters and tried to use it for powering your pedals. What happened? Well, in most cases these adapters aren’t filtered and regulated, so your power supply isn’t stable and you most probably heard a lot of noise, right?. Here’s what our Juice does..
Simply we added a 9 V regulator and some additional filtering to this box, so you can use your cheap and old adapter to power pedals. This is the cheapest and simplest, but good solution. There’s many of you out there, that are using only 2 or 3 effects in a small pedalboard.
Power The Juice with 12 VDC of your non-filtered AC/DC adapter and it will provide clean and stable 9 V outputs. There’s also one 18 V output, that is capable of powering one low-current analog pedal. All of the outputs share one common ground. The device was tested with different AC/DC adapters and always with good results. So if you’re looking for a cheap, but effective low cost solution – this is the pedal for you. .
